With all the intricacies, legalities, and nuances that are part and parcel of selling your home, the single biggest investment you will ever make, it is rather overwhelming and borderline scary for people like my husband and myself to embark on such a journey. We have bought and sold a few homes now, so we knew what we not just wanted, but what we required from our real estate agent. Open, honest, clear, and regular communication was at the top of our list. With the market being what it is these days, we also knew we needed someone who was particular about the listings they took on as we wanted to feel like a priority. Michelle made us feel like not just her number one client, but like we were her only client. Her communication is second to none. If she didn't answer her phone (which was rare), we knew she'd be calling the second she was able to do so. Michelle took the time to sit and really listen to us (multiple times throughout the listing) to tweek how she was managing us/our listing. She has the most comforting, knowledgeable, and professional way of working with her clients that makes the entire overwhelming process seem like a breeze.
